Can't overlook the copying

I liked this a lot, I really did. I liked the story and the characters...and that's pretty rare in most flash cartoons.
I have to say though that the werewolf was definitely ripped off of Scott Ramsoomair's Ternaldo on VG Cats

So that kind of ruined it for me, I liked everything else...but come on. Can you even get away with that?

The only thing that I found compelling in this movie was wondering who all the trick or treaters were supposed to be underneath. This movie (albeit a good effort) simply doesn't strike me as very different from all the other pacman movies.

My only advise/criticism is to see more of your work. Albeit you're still new to flash, you have a creative touch to things that makes your movies very original. And you don't take yourself seriously, which is great. Keep it up, and otherwise I love your stuff.

[NG Halloween Collab 2006]

E for effort...

If it weren't for the Halloween music, I wouldn't really have been able to tell that this collaberation was specifically about Halloween (with one exception). I mean, you showed a bunch of people dying under blades and guns...how is that different from all the other standard NG submissions? I feel like there's more to halloween (even when it comes to phsycho killers) than what you have here.

Not too great.

My favorite part of this movie was you trying to get the sound to say Haggar but just having it say "haaaa"...that or you giving up and saying "MR T AND ZANGEIF..." But I digress, I liked the fact that there were so many different takes here, but some of the clips were unnecessarily long. AS in, you didn't have to show Haggar being punch before you introduced Mr. T. It's also in really poor taste to jokingly reffer to the bombing of Hiroshima, come on now. And lastly, for a mortal kombat spoof, where's the blood? MK without gore is like scorpian with no moves.

lol, listen carefully and might actually be able to listen to the second syllable. I admit the whole nuking thing was in part in bad taste, but from saving it from total 'wtfness', and if Family Guy can do it, why can't I? And it was also Nagasaki that was atomic bombed, 3 days after Hiroshima. If only the americans invaded japan instead...Oh well, one can always ponder. Back to the topic in hand, I was trying not to make the outtakes too long, but at the same time trying to make sure they weren't too short either. As for the blood, well, let's just imagine that it's the SNES version of the first MK. No worries though, the second one will have blood though. Thanks for the review :D

I never heard of overvoiceacting until I saw this movie. I couldn't finish this movie because of it.

hmmm...

I think this movie was supposed to be really disturbing, but personally I think it would've been much more successful with either a different voice actor or simply no monologue at all, which I thought was sort of distracting. I liked it but it could've been better/darker.

The voiceacting is necessary. It sets the personality of the trip.

I'm not really mad that this is just another commercial, I'm mad that it's just another PREDICTABLE commercial. There are good/hilarious commercials out there, really. But from the very beginning I knew everything that was going to happen in this movie.
